Our Sunlighten Infrared Red Light Sauna combines advanced red light technology with gentle infrared heat to support your body in the ways it needs most: helping you relax deeply, recover faster, and feel restored from the inside out. Unlike traditional saunas, infrared heat works at a deeper level, warming your body directly rather than heating the air around you. Paired with red light therapy, this experience is designed to promote circulation, ease tension, and support overall wellness, all while you simply sit back and unwind.
